Having experienced both buying and selling businesses, I empathize with the concerns regarding substantial commission fees associated with these transactions.

To address this, I am pleased to introduce a more competitive sales commission structure.

• Our standard rate will be set at 8%, with a minimum commission of $15,000.
• For businesses sold at a price of $2 million or more, the commission will be reduced to 6% of the sale price.
• Additionally, for businesses sold for $5 million or more, the commission will further decrease to 5% of the sale price.

To qualify for these commission rates, a six-month exclusive listing agreement must be signed.
